Zunama, the earthquake causing monster who terrorizes a village on the Planet Gelbo, has taken Trunks, disguised as a woman, as his bride.
Trunks is learning that being a woman in a patriarchal society isn't a lot of fun.
Goku, Pan, Giru, and Gelboian villager Doma follow the newly-weds to Zunama's home deep inside Mt. Calvo. The only entrance to which is at the bottom of a lake. Goku decides to take a swim to scout ahead for it, and since he's a kid again and this is Toei Animation...
We get a gratuitous shot of Goku's junk.
"WHAT THE FUCK, GRANDPA?!"
"PAN DANGER! PAN DANGER! PAN DANGER! PAN DANGER! PAN DANGER! PAN DANGER! PAN DANGER! PAN DANGER! PAN DANGER! PAN DANGER! PAN DANGER!"
"Shut UP!"

Meanwhile, deep inside Mt. Calvo is quite hot indeed, which causes Trunks to sweat. So his wig slips off his head and his make up begins to run, revealing to Zunama that Trunks is not Leine at all.
But he's into that shit.
Trunks says his real name is Tolerance (I'm not making this shit up) and keeps affecting a feminine voice, so Zunama can't get enough of his cute Tolerance-chan! They sit down for their wedding feast where Trunks offers Zunama the sake he brought to get him drunk so Doma can cut off his earthquake-causing whiskers... but Zunama, apparently, doesn't drink.
Thinking quick, Trunks spikes the food with the sake and then spoon feeds Zunama.
Zunama gets wasted.
(T-Trunks-kun... you're too good at being a cute girl~)
Just then Goku and the others are discovered sneaking into Zunama's home, and Goku gets ready to fight the drunken rage monster... but then Zunama passes out.
Doma takes out the giant scissors Pan... somehow... had (did Gohan make them for her so she could fight Goku's uniform?) and snips off one of Zunama's whiskers. But before he can get the other, Zunama sneezes himself awake, and flips out upon seeing his mangled face.
Furiously, he wiggles his remaining whisker and the ground begins to tremble. But then the quake stops. And Zunama doesn't.
Pan figures out that Zunama can't actually cause earthquakes, he can just predict them. But he's so wasted right now he can't tell that the world has stopped shaking. (I mean, we've all been there.) They call Zunama out on his shit and he breaks into tears and admits he never meant for it to go this far, there's just been so much seismic activity lately and he let the power go to his head.
Then, Mt. Calvo begins to erupt.
Zunama, Doma, and the GTang escape the volcano just in time for it to really start shivering. Yet the volcano will still threaten the village as it blows its top - and since Yamcha isn't here to do it, Son Goku launches at Mt. Calvo with a mighty Kamehameha!!
... completely obliterating the volcano in the process!
"You did good, kid. You did good."
Back at the Gelboian village, our heroes are rewarded with the Six-Star Black Star Dragon Ball for their efforts in saving them from certain destruction. And they even made peace with Zunama, who has agreed to stay in the village and warn them of future earthquakes.
(He likes the cute elf boys.)
But suddenly, the Dragon Ball lights up and drifts into the hands of one of the Gelboians--
... who is actually this guy in disguise!
In a flash of green light, the strange imposter takes the Dragon Ball and leaps into his spacecraft... disappearing into the vacuum of space!
Fuck.
