Thanks to the meddling of his creator, Dr. Myuu,
Lood has transformed!
(And by transformed, I mean changed color palettes.)
(Which is kind of a staple of this show.)
Meanwhile, within Lood, Pan wakes up to Dolltacki trying to smooch her.
So she hits him.
A lot.
"You're not my adorable little Pan-chan! You're a vicious barbarian!"
"What are you talking about?! I'm the real Pan."
"My ideal girl is falling to pieces!"

The commotion of Pan beating on Dolltacki and the manchild's wailing about how unfair it is that a girl he's never met before that he obsesses over isn't into him (looking at you, internet), wakes up all the others who have ever been trapped within Lood's mutant soul.
And they immediately swarm Dolltacki, since it was under his orders that they were all imprisoned. 'Tacki lets slip there's a way out but then refuses to give it up out of fear of Dr. Myuu. So Pan calls forth the best interrogators in the universe:
The Parapara Brothers.
Using their Bonpara Parapara Bonpappa technique, they force the truth from the greasy Otaku.
Lood's most vulnerable point is a single cell, manipulated by Dr. Myuu himself when he created the mutant baby robo, which is located at his heart. Pan makes an attempt at destroying it from the inside, but apparently it only works if you blast it from both the inside and out. (Exactly how was Dolltacki planning on using this to get himself out?)
Pan's only hope is that someone within Lood has telepathy so she can contact her Gramps, and together, they can aim for and destroy Lood's heart.
Luckily, the Parapara Brothers have just the technique!
But their telepathy only works when they perform it in harmony.
The Parapara Brothers contact Goku to give him the secret to destroying Lood with Pan. (But not before Trunks gets completely owned by Lood seemingly just so the writer could make the scene all about the Goku and Pan's grandparent-to-grandchild bond.) They shoot their attacks but it only wounds Lood, to which Dolltacki introduces yet another wrinkle; The outer and inner attacks have to be in sync. (It's like this script was written in a single draft.) But uh oh, Goku can't make sense of timing his rhythm to numbers for... some... reason. (I guess three seconds is harder for Goku to keep track of than fifteen seconds?) So Goku asks the Parapara Brothers to count down using food in the place of numbers.
Using a Kamehameha/Ki Beam combo, Lood is defeated.
But not before making this face...
... and nearly squashing Trunks.
"Hah!"
Lood is dead and everyone else comes back into their own bodies, and the day is saved! Well, except for the municipal government that has to reestablish a leader in this incredible power vacuum while coming up with a new name for the planet, all while recovering from 20+ years of life inside a horrible death cult. But um... the day is saved!
However, Dolltacki escapes justice...
... and someone even more dangerous has set his sights on the GTang!!
