Thanks to Goku's quick thinking, the green boy and his nurse are rescued from the explosion which, unknown to anyone, the green boy caused.
But known to everyone watching GT, except the babies it was made for (and even then, only the really stupid ones), the green boy is Baby.
"Just you wait, Saiyans. I will take your Saiya power from you, no matter what!"
(Go back to Dimension X, Krang.)
Despite being the hero of the day, Goku refuses to go back into the hospital because he's afraid they'll stick him with a needle.
(Toei, you're even running your own anime-only Z ideas into the ground.)
Starving but refusing the eat at the hospital cafeteria, Goku catches some fish.
(Our only wish, to catch a fish, so juicy sweeet~)
But the fish on this planet taste horrible.
According to Pan and Trunks, this hospital is the only place on this planet where they can get something to eat. But that's fucking impossible. No planet could have just one place to eat. Even Kaio-sama's planet probably has some snacks in the glove compartment of Kaio's sweet car. This is impossible and the stupidest thing Dragon Ball GT has ever done. Reaching brand new heights, Toei.
Even Goku is skeptical.
Cut to Goku pigging out in the hospital cafeteria.
Meanwhile, Baby leaves the boy's body and possesses a doctor instead.
And a deer bites Pan's tit.
(What the fuck is happening.)
Doctor Baby comes over to our heroes dining in the cafeteria, striking up a conversation with Trunks about his interest in technology. Trunks says on Earth (oh you dumb fuck*) they don't have hospitals like this one. So Doctor Baby offers to give him a tour of the place. And by tour, he takes him into a weird room with a vaguely science-y machine.
Look at how science.
It bleeps! It bloops!
It has a nob! Switches! And three different sets of VCR buttons!
And this thingy you can look into! Whoooaaa!!
Science Rules!
Baby Doctor starts choking Trunks. Baby planned this from the start, realizing he couldn't take them all at once, but confident he could take each Saiyan one-on-one. He reveals to Trunks in the most Bond Villain-est way that he survived their attack on Dr. Myuu's world with a single cell left alive left to regenerate, possessing Myuu, possessing Rild, possessing the boy, and then possessing the doctor. Each time, taking their power from them. (Which means Baby is now stronger than Majin Boo, for those paying attention to how fucked power scaling is in this show.)
But the GTang knew the entire time, thanks to Baby's ki unleashed by his 'Akira' reference, and was humoring Baby to get him out into the open. (*now you see why Trunks was a dumb fuck for telling him about Earth)
These guys outsmarted you, Baby. Congratulations, you're the stupidest DB villain of all time.
But hey, Baby has General Rild's extraordinary power added to his own natural power which was high enough to make Goku really want to fight him. Surely, this will be one exciting battle!!
Or not.
Baby blasts the whole room with a kiai,
then possesses Trunks.
He manages to get the jump on Goku with Trunks' body, and nearly does real damage to him.
But Trunks is simply too powerful for Baby to control, and forces him out.
(And goes Super Saiyan 2, apparently.)
Baby retaliates by using a Taiyoken-type technique and runs away.
Then he possesses this lady who is about to board a space plane,
and eats everyone's energy on board said space plane.
Now Baby will travel the universe gathering energy until he's strong enough to properly possess a Saiyan and take their Saiya power.
"C'mon man, get your own schtick."
