Goten and Chichi have come to Metro West to visit with the Brief family at Capsule Corp., nine months after the launching of the SS Capsule Corp. into space to look for the Black Star Dragon Balls. (Those first 24 episodes only took nine months? It felt like 4,000 years.) But Goten has no interest in staying put in Metro West, as he chats up a girl named Palace and convinces her to go on a date with him in Satan City.
This is how far Goten will travel for the potential to get ass.
Of course, he promises Palace he'll get her back home by her curfew of 5PM. (Um, how old is this girl, Goten?)
Elsewhere in the house, a death is happening. (Cue the music.)
(Somebody gather the Dragon Balls, quick.)
"Good afternoon, Vegeta-san!"
"Oi, hold it."
"...?"
"What do you think, Goten?"
"About what?"
('I've made a terrible mistake.')
Later...
"Vegeta, you look better without a mustache after all!"
"R-really?"

"I-If you're here, then hurry and say you're here!"
EARLIER

Chichi and Bulma wonder if the kids are alright in space, but they figure they must be okay since they have Goku with them.

Meanwhile in Satan City, Baby has landed and taken over the body of a guy who doesn't look unlike John Cena.

He enters the Satan City Bank where, nine months later, the survivors of Pan's vicious dispatching of justice are attempting to hold it up again. (No, really, the main guy is completely gone. Pan straight up killed him.)
And Baby finishes Pan's work.
(These men are now dead. For sure.)
Nearby in Satan City, Goten brings his date Palace a soft-serve ice cream. Which she's, apparently, never had before.
(How old is this girl, Goten?)
She wants to know where her spoon is, so Goten explains that she just eats it with her mouth and shows her with a lick of his own. She seems completely baffled by this, resulting in Goten giggling and calling her an "ultra-young miss". (... How old is this girl, Goten?) And then this fucking scene happens. (I swear to Goky that I'm not making up this internal dialogue.)
'Ahhh, so pure and cute!~'
What the fuck is happening right now.
Goten is on a "date" with an "ultra-young" "pure" girl who has to be home before 5PM. She calls him Goten-sama, not -kun or -san. And she doesn't even know what soft-serve ice cream is. Is everyone on this goddamn show a pedophile?

The bank explodes (whoa it's like this is a Christopher Nolan movie) but Goten is too busy perv-ing on his

Our hero, the world champion of combat sports, multiple-winner of the Tenka-ichi Budokai, eternal champion of the Cell Game, and conqueror of Bojack and Majin Boo, Mr. Satan has appeared!!! And he's not going to let Baby or John Cena or anyone get away with blowing up banks in his city!
... then Baby nearly shoots off his dick.
Well, that complicates things.
Baby Cena asks Satan if he's a Saiyan (black hair, extraordinary power, male pattern baldness... you might think so, but this mighty man is completely of Earth, chump!) and with luck, an actual Saiyan shows up. But only so much luck, because it's fucking Goten. (Boooo.)
Mr. Satan says he'll be leaving this problem to one of his pupils!
Goten wonders where the pupil is.
The pupil is inside you all along.
Since Goten has his eyes off of Palace for like, two minutes, she walks right up to the giant scary dude who can blow things up with his eyes and he asks her if she's a Saiyan. (Maybe they like each other because they're both babies.)
That's when Goten goes full Big Green on Baby Cena:
"Let that child alone!"
Then he beats up some other guys Baby has possessed.
And finally, Baby shows himself.
Palace faints conveniently so no one has to give anymore exposition.
And an evolved Baby shows himself.
... aaaaand blows up a chunk of Satan City, killing hundreds or thousands of people.
But Goten is only mad about missing out on his date.
(To be fair, it's the first time he's met up with a girl and it wasn't Chris Hansen in a long time.)
(It's a good thing he likes kids, because Baby is about to fuck him.)
