On Planet Tsufru, after being nearly beaten and killed by Baby, Oob merged with Boo, giving him all the powers of both Evil Boo and Good Boo, without the hang up of having a naturally divided essence. This is the mightiest Majin. A Super Oob, if you like.
"Oh ho ho, I'm looking forward to killing you again."
"... on second thought--"
"PIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII--
--IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISS!!!!"
"Hah! Caught myself before impact! Baby, you are the coolest guy in the universe."

Baby is quickly overwhelmed by the all-new Oob's assault. He just barely escapes being turned into chocolate by Oob's Chocolate Beam, thanks to a well timed zanzoken. (Some Earthlings aren't so lucky, though Oob says he can reverse it later.) However, that's far from Oob's only trick.
"Hah! You'll have to do better than that, kid!"
"... Actually, that might do it."
"A CHOCO BEAM INSIDE THE OTHER BEAMS?! WHAT IN THE NAME OF PISS."
Baby struggles for his life as Oob forces his super-powered Chocolate Beam straight at him. While in the Kaioshin Realm, Goku finally regrows his tail.
(I... I guess that's one way to do it.)
Kibitoshin teleports Goku to Planet Tsufru, but only in time to see Baby rebound the Choco Beam back at Oob...
... turning Oob into yummy chocolate.
(Not that he wasn't already.)
Baby scoops up Oob and eats him, as he's not at all surprised to see Goku is still alive. (Strange. But Baby is a strange guy.) Now with the power of his tail returned to him, it's time for Goku vs Baby, round 2!!
COUNT. IT. DOWN.
THIS IS A SUPER.
THIS IS A SUPER DUPER.
AND THIS IS TO GOAT EVEN FARMER BOND.
Super Saiyan 3 has returned, baby! And now that his body can handle the power up, thanks to his tail power up, it's time for some revenge!!!
It doesn't work out.

Goku lays utterly beaten in the dirt, turning over to gaze at the Earth. He remembers his life on that world, the only home he's ever known, and regrets that he cannot save it.
Then, shit gets real.
