Story
Using his mysterious power, Commander Ginyu has stolen Son Goku's body!
Leaving Goku inside Ginyu's injured, dying, and weaker body... but mostly worried about how mad Chichi is going to be when he gets home.
Meanwhile, Vegeta goes back to Freeza Spaceship, where he cleans up, changes his clothes, and waits for the Earthlings to show up and find the Dragon Balls so he can get his wish.
Everything appears to be going according to his plan, too.

Until Kuririn calls forth Shen Long...
... and nothing happens.
Well, something happens.
Ginyu shows up and slaps the shit out of Kuririn.
Ginyu brags about taking Goku's superior body and now being utterly unstoppable.
But Goku shows up shortly after him, telling Ginyu he has no chance of wielding all of Goku's power since his spirit and body aren't in harmony.
(Meanwhile, Gohan has a panic attack.)
But when Ginyu powers up to maximum and his strength isn't even half of what Goku's was in that same body, it becomes clear our hero knows what he's talking about.

And that's how Gohan, Kuririn, and Vegeta manage to beat the Ginyu Tokusentai anyway.

Vegeta kills a lot more mooks in DBZ episode 72.
Also in 72, Gohan and Kuririn get dirt on their faces.
In episode 73, Kaio-sama and Piccolo stress about the goings-on on Namek.
While Freeza continues to utterly dominate Nail.
Dende flies at high speed toward our heroes to help them summon Porunga.
And even Goku gets involved in the fight against Ginyu in his body.
Also Jheese and Vegeta's fight goes inside the spaceship in episode 73.
Featuring this neat scene that uses smoke and Jheese's lack of a Scouter in a cool way.
