Story
Commander Ginyu takes the seven Dragon Balls to his Lord Freeza.
This makes Freeza feel something resembling joy.
So Ginyu engages in the Dance of Joy.
(So joyful.)
Now that he has every ball, Freeza is off to find a Namekian to, y'know, let him know how to use them.
Back at the rest of the Tokusentai, it's up to Vegeta to take on the fearsome Reacoom!

What's cut?
Freeza and some minions examining whether or not Planet Namek will bring them any money - or if Freeza should just blow it up to enjoy fireworks instead. From episode 64.
In episode 65, Mama tries to calm down Chichi.
So Chichi steals a spaceship.
It doesn't work out.
Also in 65, there's way more fighting between Gohan and Reacoom, and it's awesome.
