Story
Freeza's elite team, The Ginyu Tokusentai, are finally on Planet Namek.
And they're total bros.
They launch toward our heroes in a fury...
... then easily stop them from assembling all seven Dragon Balls.
Commander Ginyu steals all seven, and leaves it up to his lads to take down Vegeta and the Earthlings.
Ghurd, thanks to his hand at rock-paper-scissors, gets to take out the Earthlings.
But Gohan and Kuririn are in a totally different league than they were on Earth.
Despite being the weakest member of the team, Ghurd can stop time--
--as long as he can hold his breath.
He can also fully paralyze his opponents so why would he ever use that other ability?
I mean, it pretty much guarantees he's going to win every--
-- oh.
Well, bye Ghurd.
Meanwhile, Goku is 20 minutes away from landing on Namek.
What's cut?
A flash back storyline involving an implied rivalry between Vegeta and Ghurd, from episode 62.
Also in 62, the Tokusentai's bro-down sequence is longer and more epic with the Red Ribbon Army theme played underneath it.
In episode 62 and a bit of 63, some extra Goku in space shenanigans are about.
And finally in 62, Kuririn hesitates more about giving Vegeta his Dragon Ball.
In episode 63, Bulma gets so bored she chats with Muten Roshi via satellite space-phone.
Reacoom and Butta make a bet involving Ghurd's fight and a bar of chocolate.
And my favorite drawing of Butta -- smug, choco bar Butta -- is cut because of the lost plot.
Ghurd actually punches our heroes a bit instead of simply freezing them.
And Piccolo's green dad sense tingles when Gohan's in trouble.
